Tissue clearing using CUBIC reagents
- Tissue clearing using the world‑leading water‑based clearing reagent “CUBIC” developed at RIKEN.
- Highly transparent clearing of many organs, particularly the mouse brain (see figure below).
- Clearing while preserving fluorescent protein signals.
