Utilizing CUBIC techniques to whole-heart imaging

In this paper, a technique is developed to perform 3D imaging of cells infected with Trypanosoma cruzi, the causative agent of Chagas disease, as well as dormant amastigotes and T cells within whole cleared hearts. This method allows for the quantitative analysis of their distribution and interactions.
